We were founded in 1991 employing the latest technological advances in Sous-Vide (cooking in vacuum packs), MAP (modified atmosphere packaging), cook-freeze, and cook-chill technology manufacturing for a diverse customer base including supermarkets, hotels, restaurants and institutions

Today we continue on that same journey, including vacuum retort technology, low temperature post pack pasturising while focusing on natural food inclusive of the flair of great cooks and chefs. Nutrifare continues the provisioning of fresh and frozen prepared foods throughout New Zealand.
